At the heart of our Milky Way Galaxy is a supermassive Black Hole. Astrophysicists describe the gravity of Black Holes as being absolute. Here on Earth, gravity is an integral part of the planet’s natural electromagnetic circuit, and is scientifically recognized as one of the many forces that help sustain life. Research has shown that through immense gravity, Black Holes consume a great deal of energy, and when it gobbles up way too much, it expels the excess in the form of a powerful quasar that shoots into space. Further studying black holes may help us understand the natural void at the galaxy’s center, which I believe plays an important role in “grounding”. Many well-practiced shamans and spiritual healers describe entering a great “void”. Perhaps their minds and spirits wander to the black hole at the center of our galaxy for spiritual knowledge or wisdom, but personally, I like to think that they go to the void to leave behind perceptions and/or negative thoughts that prohibit inspiration. In other words, I think “the void” is a holy grounding place, a place to free the mind of our own negative attacks, a place to release pain and suffering, and a place where all negativity can be transformed into usable energy. Through grounding, we are able to expel excessive energy. Grounding helps us realign with the Universe’s natural flow, and provides us with an intimate connection with our planet. Grounding helps us see life as it truly is and helps us live in the present moment. By connecting to the core of our planet Earth or the heart our galaxy as a means to ground, I believe we are able to change out worn patterns, overcome challenges, and transform our darkness into Light.
Grounding Affirmation: “Connecting to the heart of our galaxy, I release my fear, pain and suffering, and transform my negative thinking into inspiring thoughts. I replace my stress and anxiety with the courage and strength needed to overcome, and fill my mind and heart with love and joy. I allow the void to change me and the way I see life, for my highest good, and the highest good of all.” - Jason David Keith
